Forgot Password

At the Login screen there is the facility to request a reset of your password.

Clicking on will take you to another screen, see below. At this screen you have the option to request a reset of your password having entered your username (where your username is an email address, enter your email address), or to return to the normal login screen.

Enter your Username, click on and you will see the following message confirming that an email has been sent to you (the email will be sent to the email address registered to your username):

The email will provide you with a link to reset your MV password.
